NBAnima (the “Service”) is a web app in beta testing dedicated to games, picks, and a collection of virtual NBA-themed cards.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is the owner of the NBAnima project.

During registration and use of the Service we may collect:
- Username
- Password (handled in encrypted form via Supabase)
- In-app usage data (picks made, collected cards, game progress)
3. Purpose of processing
Data are used exclusively to:
- Enable account creation and management
- Save and sync picks and collections
- Improve the Service during beta testing
- Provide technical support to users
4. Legal basis
Data are processed on the basis of user consent and execution of the requested Service.
5. Data retention
Data are stored as long as the account remains active.
Users can request deletion of the account and related data by writing to support@stru-menti.com.
6. Data sharing
Data are not sold or shared with third parties, except for technical services necessary to operate the app (e.g., Supabase).
7. User rights
Users can at any time:
- Access their data
- Request modification or deletion
- Withdraw consent
8. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated. In case of significant changes, users will be informed.
